doctors don't know much

You'd think that after 10 years of schooling and practice that doctors would be able to diagnose a problem. You'd be wrong. I was recently sick and after a handful of tests, x-rays, cat scans all they could tell me was what I didn't have. I guess its good to know I don't have syphilis but I hoped to figure out what the problem really was. Doctors can only figure out what is wrong when they guess what it is and search for proof to back it up.

My guess - anxiety and toxic fumes.

It's called the differential diagnosis. It isn't perfect but it's the best we can do.

I think you might need Dr. House on that case. I'll give him a call... he owes me a favor.
